Headhunter, Executive Search or international recruitment agency?
To find the perfect candidate for a key position is often a daunting task - at the end of the day the performance of the company is directly linked to the quality of its management.
The first step for you though is to decide how to search for the executive.
Headhunter? Executive Search company? Executive recruitment agency? Job board? Network portals? Newspaper ads? Each of the named search methods has strengths in
certain areas but is not necessarily suitable for every type of recruitment. Whereas a jobboard is a perfect place to advertise for a lower to middle management job, you will not
reach the right target group if you search for a top executive at CEO level. For these positions, the use of a Headhunter, Executive Search company or Executive recruitment agency
would be more appropriate and effective. The involvement of a classic headhunter or executive search company can be best when you look for a very particular profile in a narrow field.
