This monthly cost is net for the client and includes

If the candidate is being recruited
permanently after a 12 months assignment period, CEO Europe will
not charge any additional commission. Should this recruitment take
place before the end of the 12 months assignment period, a degressive
percentage of the annual gross salary will be charged by the executive recruitment agency CEO Europe:

Example: If the candidate is recruited
after 6 months of the mission, the executive recruitment agency CEO Europe will charge the client
10% of the annual gross salary and free the candidate of his contractual obligations

Example: To prepare
the "opening of new territories" prior to the decision whether or
not to pursue the set up of a subsidiary with all its associated
investments

The selected candidate can start
this initial testing phase using his own professional office under an Interim Management contract. Consequently
the client incurs no local charges or expatriation costs as the
selected candidates are all residents in the target country. Furthermore,
he will have neither administrative nor legal costs associated to
the set up of a local subsidiary before he receives a preliminary
business plan based on the findings of first operational results
in the target country. Once the company decides to go ahead with the project, the Interim Management contract can be turned into a permanent international recruitment.
